Garmin Dual HRM worked fine for several months, first paired via Zwift Companion App to Zwift running on a very old Macbook Pro, then via ZCA to Zwift running on a brand new Lenovo running Windows 10. I’ve resynced, restarted both Garmin connect and watch, ensured sleep data is selected in day view however, nothing has worked.

Same issues! Except I use Android, no apple. I have Garmin Dual HR, used to work perfect every ride. Now HRM will connect, no problem. but then I get ‘ConnectionError!’ and ‘No Signal’ . And I run Zwift on my windows 11 (I already upgraded from 10), laptop. The only fix that just worked for me: Uninstall Garmin Express from my PC
That's true for the standalone HRM. As long as it is connected to a Garmin device, and an activity is started, Garmin Connect does show the HR from the strap live. And as for the standalone strap with no other Garmin device to connect to it, if you want to stay with Garmin's software, you can use for example the Tacx app (phone, PC, or Mac).
