ALBERTZ649 • 2 yr. ago. just replayed the game recently on ps5. as long as you have your save file on your console and have the ps5 version installed and your disc in, you can pick up right where you left off. you can delete the ps4 version bc this game’s upgrade allows easy transfer to the new gen.
