I had this exact same problem with my PS5 and found a solution. Unfortunately you're gonna have to delete the game and reinstall this time, but DO NOT install any of the texture packs. The installation suspended bug is in one of them. I honestly can't tell the difference between graphics and textures with or without them.
Hi guys, I just bought COD MW from PS store. I downloaded it and installed all add ons. But it still keeps on saying that installation is suspended. I have downloaded and reinstalled game 2-3 times. The reason I said play on PS4 was because the game works with no issues on that console, so if he really wants to play modern warfare he should play it on PS4.
