EDIT: Just checked the service manual, the Standard just states oil QTY at 675ml per leg, no height. 1190R spec is 720ml, which "should" be 95mm of air chamber with 80mm being the far end. Id use the logic from the R, add the 675ml and see what the height is, you should be able to safely bring it up 10-15mm as well.
